Puppies will be held in your name when the $500 nonrefundable deposit is paid . For the 1st and 2nd pick male or female is $1000 /nonrefundable deposit . The Deposit paid  is NOT REFUNDABLE , so please if you not sure or ready for puppy, please do not pay  deposit. We understand anything can happened  in life and we can always roll over the deposit  for another litter or puppy , but it cannot be refunded .

If not enough puppies be whelped to fill all request(s) on the upcoming litter(s) or if the planned litter fails to be conceived, or if we don't have gender or color what Buyer (s)requested then deposit is rolled over for another available litter(s) .It can also be rolled over for  another available litter(s)and it will be for the same pick order the deposit was paid for. All puppies come with current shots, worming, microchip, /dewclaws and tail docked are now extra from August 1, 2024/, a two year health guarantee from date of birth of the puppy. We do not guarantee the colors or gender of the puppies.If you place deposit on certain color or gender and we do not have it ,it will go for another available litter.  Also puppies have to be paid in full by 2 weeks of age. Additional charges like /shipping and ear crop, additional vaccination or any Vet after 8 weeks of age ,or any training  is due by 4 weeks of age. Puppies are from $2000 -$3500except 1st or 2nd pick from each litter.  Price may change base of litter stud , or by our special males or males we have in  ICSB storage facility /frozen semen/ are all  different prices then from the males we use as "Natural breeding"​
