When we set up our breeding program, we took our time to learn all we could about Corsos and to decide how we could help promote and better the breed. We waited 4 years before we had our first litter. We selectively breed only our best to the best to produce healthy, intelligent, large bones , great temperament, good drive and working ability Show and Working Cane Corsos. Both parents come from strong working & showing lines and as we expected these pups carried on that tradition. Our Puppies are whelped ad raised inside our home with children and handled with lots of love and care from day they were born to the day they go to the new home. Love and Attention makes our puppies sociable and easy to acclimate to a new family.

 

We always want our puppies and dogs to go to the very best homes possible. We take placing our puppies very seriously. This is a long time commitment between breeder and adoptive families, it is important that we stay in contact with each other throughout the dog’s life.

 

Puppies will have two sets of shots, de wormed, tails docked,  dew claws removed, ears are done for additional cost.

We also micro-chip all our puppies. We believe that a simple injection means a lifetime protection.

If you can’t keep the puppy or you decide a cane corso is not for you, you must return the puppy to us.

 

Companion & pet puppies come with a spay/neuter contract.  However the Purchaser shall retain full custodial rights of the puppy. The Breeder shall retain co-ownership of the puppy on any and all registration paper, only for the purpose of complying with the required conditions prior to breeding.

 

All Health checks have to be done on both, like male , and female and to be all done before any breeding and 24 months of age. If at any time the seller wishes, the seller will be permitted to use this dog for a stud or to have semen collected for use by Seller. All additional costs associated with any breeding’s or collections for benefit of seller will be paid by seller. If seller wishes to do natural breeding, seller will arraign and pay for bitch to be transported to stud for breeding. If any puppies or dogs are sold as Breed or show potential, all dogs or puppies  has to have all health testing done before any breeding, females not earlier then 24 months and males not early then 18 months. Also all dogs sold as Show / breeding dogs  have to be finished as a Champion in American Kennel Club.

      DEPOSITS

Puppies will be held in your name when the $500 nonrefundable deposit is paid . For 1st or 2nd pick deposit is $1000 /nonrefundable. The Deposit paid  is NOT REFUNDABLE , so please if you not sure or ready for puppy, please do not pay  deposit. We understand anything can happened  in life and we can always roll over the deposit  for another litter or puppy , but it cannot be refunded .

If not enough puppies be whelped to fill all request(s) on the upcoming litter(s) or if the planned litter fails to be conceived, or if we don't have gender or color what Buyer (s)requested then deposit is rolled over for another available litter(s) .It can also be rolled over for  another available litter(s)and it will be for the same pick order the deposit was paid for. All puppies come with current shots, worming, microchip, dewclaws removed, tail docked, a two year health guarantee from date of birth of the puppy. We do not guarantee the colors or gender of the puppies.If you place deposit on certain color or gender and we do not have it ,it will go for another available litter.  Also puppies have to be paid in full by 2 weeks of age. Additional charges like /shipping and ear crop is due by 2 weeks of age. Puppies are from $3000 to $4500  vary on pick, how many we have and which parents we will use. Litters stud by our special males or males we have in  ICSB storage facility  are all  different prices then from the males we use as "Natural breeding"
